1. What types of events can I book the Creative Studio for? Our Creative Studio is a flexible, private space designed for creators, entrepreneurs, professionals, and small businesses. It's perfect for podcasts, photo shoots, video production, content creation, branding sessions, meetings, workshops, trainings, networking events, pop-up shops, private dinners, sip-and-paint events, and other small private gatherings. 2. How many people can the space accommodate? The studio comfortably accommodates: Up to 30 guests for seated events Up to 40 guests for standing events Capacity may vary depending on your preferred room layout. 3. What is included with my rental? Every rental includes exclusive access to our professionally designed Creative Studio, complimentary Wi-Fi, rectangular event tables, black metal folding chairs, and optional black or white spandex chair covers (available upon request). You'll also have access to multiple content creation areas and complimentary on-site parking. The space can be arranged in a variety of layouts to fit your event. Need additional tables, specialty seating, linens, or décor? Let us know during the booking process, and we'll be happy to discuss available rental options. 4. Is the space private? Yes! Your reservation gives you exclusive access to the studio during your scheduled rental time. 5. Can I rearrange the furniture? Absolutely. You're welcome to customize the layout to fit your event. We simply ask that all furniture and equipment be returned to their original locations before your rental ends. 6. Can I bring my own food, drinks, and decorations? Yes. Outside food, beverages, and decorations are welcome. We simply ask that no nails, permanent adhesives, glitter, confetti, smoke machines, or anything that could damage the space be used. 7. Do you provide photography or videography services? No. Your rental includes the studio space only. You're welcome to bring your own photographer, videographer, content creator, or production team. 8. Is there a minimum rental time? Yes. The minimum rental time is 2 hours. If you need additional time, you're welcome to extend your booking based on availability. 9. Is a booking retainer required? Yes. A 50% non-refundable booking retainer is required to reserve your date and time. Your reservation is confirmed once the retainer has been received. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your event, according to your booking agreement. 10. Is a refundable security deposit required? Yes. A refundable security deposit helps protect the studio and is returned after the space has been inspected. $150 refundable security deposit for standard bookings, including podcasts, photo shoots, branding sessions, meetings, workshops, and content creation. $250 refundable security deposit for higher-risk events, including private dinners, pop-up shops, networking events, sip-and-paint events, or events involving food, decorations, or larger groups. Security deposits are refunded provided the space is left in good condition and no additional cleaning or damage fees apply. 11. What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy? The 50% booking retainer is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we'll do our best to accommodate your request based on studio availability and our rescheduling policy. 12. Is parking available? Yes! Complimentary on-site parking is available for you and your guests. 13. How do I book the Creative Studio? Booking is easy! Simply contact me directly to check availability, discuss your event, and reserve your preferred date. Once your booking details are confirmed, I'll provide the next steps to secure your reservation. 14. Can I tour the studio before booking? Absolutely! We'd love to show you around. You can schedule an in-person tour to see the space, ask questions, and explore setup options before booking. If you're unable to visit in person, virtual tours are also available upon request, making it easy to explore the studio from anywhere. 15. Does my rental include setup and cleanup time? Yes! Every booking includes one complimentary hour before your event for setup and one complimentary hour after your event for breakdown and cleanup. This allows you time to prepare the space and wrap up your event without using your reserved event time. 16. Can the studio be customized for my event? Yes! The Creative Studio is designed to be flexible. Whether you're hosting a podcast, branding session, workshop, meeting, photo shoot, or intimate event, the space can be arranged to best fit your vision.
