Dominique Valencia Spillman is the founder of Valencia’s World of Beauty, a luxury salon and training academy based in Oak Lawn, Illinois. As a Licensed Esthetician and Certified Paramedical Tattoo Artist, Dominique is best known for her transformative work in permanent makeup and paramedical tattooing, helping women and men feel whole and confident again—especially after life-changing experiences such as breast cancer.
What began in 2013 as a passion for makeup artistry has since evolved into a deeply purposeful career. After becoming a licensed Esthetician in 2017, Dominique developed a deep interest in brows and skin health. This passion led her to specialize in Ombre Powder Brows, a natural-looking permanent brow solution that quickly became the signature service at her spa.
In 2019, she expanded her expertise into paramedical tattooing, where she found her true calling: restoring areolas and camouflaging scars for individuals who have undergone mastectomies, surgeries, or trauma. Her certifications in 3D Areola Restoration, Scar Camouflage, and Inkless Inkless Wrinkle Rejuvenation, allow her to serve survivors and clients with dignity, artistry, and care. In 2023, she made history as the first African American in the nation to train students in a conference setting on 3D Areola Restoration, marking a groundbreaking moment for representation and advancement within the paramedical industry.
While her main focus is on permanent tattooing, Dominique also leads a full-service team offering body waxing, brow tinting, eyelash services, makeup for special occasions, and beauty education. Her mission is to provide a luxury, supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and transformed—inside and out.
Dominique also expanded her mission through her brand, V-Lux AI Collective, where she empowers beauty professionals and entrepreneurs to work smarter, not harder. Through her signature AI coaching programs and workshops, she teaches service-based business owners how to leverage artificial intelligence to automate their bookings, streamline their marketing, and attract clients with ease.
Her trainings blend creativity, strategy, and automation—helping students build strong personal brands, improve efficiency, and reclaim their time without sacrificing quality or authenticity. By combining her experience in beauty, business, and technology, Dominique continues to lead with innovation and purpose, showing others how to create systems that support both success and freedom.
