In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please cancel within 72 hours of your booking to ensure someone else can book the opening. BOOKING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BOOK AGAIN UNLESS THE ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT MISSED IS PAID IN FULL. EXCESSIVELY LATE CLIENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BOOK FUTURE APPOINTMENTS. For Ombre clients, appointments need to be rescheduled at least 7 days in advance. If appointments are rescheduled less than 7 days in advance, your $200 deposit will be forfeited.
